As a conditioner if you are in a hurry : apply to the ends for 10 minutes then rinse.
In deep mask on Sunday : apply to the ends and leave for 30 minutes, then rinse. If you have a heat helmet, you can leave under the helmet for 20 minutes for intense penetration into your hair fiber.
